Puri Jagannath (Telugu: పూరి జగన్నాధ్), born 28 September 1966, is a prominent Tollywood film director and producer. He is also a three-time Nandi Award recipient.[2]

He started his career as an assistant director in several Telugu movies. His directorial debut Badri, starred Pawan Kalyan in the lead role and Renu Desai, Prakash Raj, and Bollywood actress Amisha Patel in the supporting roles. Later on he floated his own film production house Vaishno Academy and went on to produce hit films such as Idiot, Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi,and Pokiri (which went on to be the biggest hit of Telugu film industry).
